Welcome to our rural house in Asturias, ideal for a vacation with your dog! Located in the center of this charming village on the banks of the Eo-Ribadeo River, we offer the option to rent it as a whole house or as an apartment.

Casa Jovellanos can accommodate 6 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms spread over 2 floors. Two double bedrooms, one with two 90 cm single beds and another with a 150 cm double bed, as well as two single bedrooms with comfortable 130 cm beds.

If you prefer the Jovellanos Apartment, it accommodates 3 people with one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, a single bedroom with a 130 cm bed, and a full bathroom.

Both options include a living room with a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Enjoy a peaceful 20 m² patio with a toilet, where you can spend pleasant evenings. The vacation home is bright and fully equipped, providing bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit.

Payment Method:
Through our website www.casasdasfigueiras.es, you can make your payment as follows:
- 10% at the time of booking
- 20% before 14 days prior to the start of your vacation rental
- The remaining 70% is due the day before the vacation rental
A security deposit of 200€ per booking will be refunded upon departure, using the same method as the original payment.
All our prices include VAT.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 14 days before the start of the vacation rental, the reservation is 100% refundable.
- From 14 days before the start of the vacation rental, cancellations are not allowed.

House Rules:

1.    Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in time at the vacation home is from 6:00 PM, while check-out time is before 11:00 AM. These times allow us to properly prepare the house for your arrival and ensure it is ready for the next guests.
If you wish to arrive or depart at different times, please consult us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as it is feasible and does not interfere with the availability of the house.
2.    Respect for the property: We ask that you treat the vacation home with respect and care. Please make sure not to damage the furniture, appliances, walls, or any other part of the property. If something breaks or is damaged, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately.
3.    Proper use of the skylights can help maintain a pleasant and safe environment in your home. This means closing them when leaving the house and during periods of rain. This is VERY IMPORTANT, as leaving them open may cause flooding inside the house in case of rain.
4.    Please note that moving the furniture in the vacation home is strictly prohibited. If you need to make any adjustments or changes to the furniture arrangement, please consult us beforehand. We will be happy to help and find a suitable solution.
5.    Number of guests: The maximum capacity of the house is set for a specific number of people, and it distinguishes between adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior notice and authorization.
6.    The house has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your convenience. Please refrain from making online purchases, including movies or other content, as any additional costs will be at your expense.
Use the Wi-Fi connection responsibly and avoid visiting illegal websites or downloading illegal content. These activities may have legal consequences, and the network operator may take legal action if misuse is detected.
7.    Parties or events are not allowed: Out of respect for the neighbors and the tranquility of the place, parties or events are not permitted. If you wish to hold an event, please consult us in advance.
8.    No smoking indoors: The vacation home is a smoke-free space. We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas and make sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts.
9.    Maintaining cleanliness: We appreciate it if you keep the house in good condition during your stay. We will provide the necessary tools to help you keep the house tidy. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask that you leave the house in a reasonably clean condition.
10.    Noise and quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours and avoid making excessive noise, especially during the nighttime hours. Remember that there are other guests and neighbors who also wish to enjoy a peaceful environment.
11.    Pets: If you wish to bring a pet, please consult us before doing so. If allowed, we ask that you bring your own tools and accessories necessary for their care. It is strictly prohibited for your pet to get on sofas, beds, etc., in the vacation home.
12.    Security: For your safety and that of your belongings, we recommend locking the doors and windows when leaving the house. We are not responsible for the loss of valuable items or money.
13.    Check-out day: At the established time, the house must be vacated in the same condition it was found at the beginning of your stay. This includes ensuring that there is no trash or waste inside the house and that any used utensils are clean and returned to their proper place. Make sure to empty the pantry and refrigerator of any food or drink you brought. Do not leave any perishable or open items in these areas. In addition to cleanliness, ensure that there is no significant damage to the house. If any damage occurred during your stay, please inform us when handing over the keys.
14.    Compliance with the rules: Serious violations of the established rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a request to vacate the vacation home without a refund.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:
Our commitment to the safety of our guests is paramount in our vacation homes. We have implemented rigorous hygiene and disinfection measures to address the COVID-19 situation:

Cleaning and disinfection: We use products recommended by the Ministry of Health to clean and disinfect the entire accommodation.
Bed linens and towels: All sheets, towels, quilts, and blankets are washed at a temperature above 60°C.
Treated textiles: All textiles in the accommodation, such as curtains, armchairs, sofas, pillows, and mattresses, are treated with special bactericides.
Disinfection of surfaces: All furniture, doorknobs, handles, remotes, pictures, cables, televisions, hangers, and other contact surfaces have been thoroughly disinfected.
Bathroom disinfection: The bathrooms undergo a thorough disinfection process.
Hydroalcoholic solution: You will find a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution at the entrance of the accommodation for use during your stay.
Safe disposal of masks and tissues: All bathrooms are equipped with pedal-operated bins with lids for the disposal of masks, tissues, etc.
Ventilation: All rooms have been adequately ventilated.
Minimizing decoration: We have removed rugs, decorative pillows, and bins from the room to avoid potential points of contact.
